This warranty covers any defects or issues arising from our TV installation services for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This includes:

1. Mounting Security: Assurance that your TV will remain securely mounted, without risk of falling or detachment.
2. Structural Integrity: Confidence that the mounting brackets and hardware used will maintain their integrity and function as intended.
3. Labour: Any labour required to correct defects or issues related to the original installation will be provided at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover:

• Any damage or issues resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the TV or mount after installation.
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than a GlowTek TVs authorised technician.
• Damage due to natural disasters, accidents, or other external forces.
• TVs or mounts that are relocated or adjusted after the initial installation.

To make a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service team with your original receipt and details of the issue. We will promptly schedule a service visit to assess and address the problem.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective installation services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the TV or its mounting.
